We believe that you should be able to try a class out to see if you like what we do. We are confident that after you give us a go that you will be back and loving it!

Choose a Membership

We have options to suit everybody, from beginner to advanced. Talk to your instructor after your first class and they will go through all the available options with you.

Our Classes

We have classes to suit any age group and skill level.

We have Beginners Martial Arts, Beginners MMA, Beginners BJJ or we have advanced classes for those at that skill level.

Whether you are a novice or a seasoned veteran, we will have a class to take you to the next level.

ADULT BJJ

Fundamental and Advanced classes available. Advanced classes by invite only.

You will be partnered with members of a similar level.

ADULT MMA

Fundamental and Advanced classes available at specific clubs. Advanced class by invite only.

You will be partnered with members of similar levels.

ELITE SQUAD

The advanced class for kids. This squad is by invite only and is the highest honour in our children’s program.

FUN & FITNESS 4 KIDS

Basic motor skills development activities for children aged 2-4 years old.

Activities done with a parent/guardian.

PLAYFUL PANDAS

Basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for children aged 4-7 years old. Taught in a playful manner to increasing learning.

MIGHTY MONKEYS

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children aged 7-14 years. Lessons are taught in a more adult-styled manner to prepare students for Adult classes.
